Free Local Pick-up
- We offer free local Pick-up of your order by pre-arranged appointment, Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm at Cavan Creek Market, 1535 County Rd. 10 Cavan, ON L0A 1C0.
Free Local Delivery
- We offer free local Delivery of your order within 40km of 1535 County Rd. 10 Cavan, ON L0A 1C0 with a minimum $50 order before taxes.
Refund & Return Policy

Damaged or missing goods
- Once orders are collected by the courier we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. This will now be in the hands of the courier and you will need to follow up with them directly.
- Please keep track of the ETA of your order and don’t leave your shipment outside unattended for a lengthy amount of time. If you require more support with this process please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping delays
- In rare circumstances there can be shipping delays due to inclement weather, postal or courier strikes, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and peak holiday season. Refunds and or returns will not be given due to these delays.
